Madame Moustache is a popular nightclub and a striking nightlife venue in the vibrant city of Brussels. Located in the heart of the city, this iconic nightclub is known for its unique atmosphere.
The challenge
This beloved nightclub in Brussels was faced with a challenge regarding their cloakroom system. Long waiting times when checking in and retrieving items led to situations where guests kept their coats and bags with them during the party. As a result, a diverse crowd was attracted, but it also brought concerns about the safety of personal belongings.
The solution
Since a large number of visitors needed to be served in a short time within the customer’s budget, we decided to use our innovative PIN‐code locks. These smart locks allow everyone to open their locker simultaneously, preventing bottlenecks. This not only saves time but also saves costs.
The result
To obtain the codes, visitors have two convenient options. They can go to the payment terminal, where they immediately receive a ticket with their locker number and code. For even more convenience, they can also purchase their locker easily via their smartphone by scanning a QR code. Once they do so, they immediately receive an SMS and email with their locker information.
