The challenge

At every show, the Lotto Arena in Antwerp welcomes over 5,000 visitors who arrive within a short time span, and all leave again at once.

Originally, a staffed cloakroom was located inside the venue, which caused crowd management issues and bottlenecks in the foyer, ultimately creating a potential safety risk.

Additionally, certain items are prohibited inside the arena, leaving visitors with no secure place to store their belongings, often forcing them to leave their items unattended outside.

The solution

By installing our mobile locker units outside the venue, these issues were completely resolved. Visitors can now safely, easily, and efficiently store their belongings before entering the arena, ensuring a smooth and secure experience for everyone.
