To support this, Rockhal partnered with Mobile Locker to introduce smart, self-service lockers that allow visitors to enjoy concerts hands-free and worry-free, without the distraction of carrying personal belongings.

The challenge

Concert visitors often arrive with bags, jackets, or valuables that can limit comfort once the show starts. Traditional cloakrooms can create queues, require additional staff, and slow down entry and exit flows, especially during peak moments.
